Health and Wellness for Professional Women
Lunch and Learn

Join a networking opportunity for professional women, women business owners, or those thinking about becoming an entrepreneur. Speakers this month will discuss health and wellness and will cover life balance, food choices for energy, and what you can do for good mental health at home and in business.
