The Women’s Enterprise Centre was a featured presenter at the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce Annual General Meeting in Russell, Manitoba. The Centre was pleased to host a reception for Chamber representatives at the newly refurbished Smellie Block. This turn-of-the-century building has been brought back to life by Donald Layh and family as part of Russell’s downtown rejuvenation efforts. Sandra and Alison were made to feel a welcome part of the AGM events and were able to provide the Chambers with information about the Centre’s plans and projects that will benefit rural clients.
