An Aboriginal marketing professional and entrepreneur, Bev owns two companies: Tribal Communications and Two Feathers Promotions.
Earlier in her career, Bev was the Executive Director for the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business and one of the founding members and interim CEO for the Aboriginal Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs. Prior to this, Bev had a lengthy and progressively responsible career with Manitoba Telecom Services. She was also a radio host with CBC’s Weekend Morning Show in Winnipeg.
Bev has many years of community service and is currently serving on the boards of the Women’s Enterprise Centre, the Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Winnipeg Biz Association. Throughout her career, Bev has lent her skills to organizations such as the Red River College Board of Governors, First Nation’s Governance Centre, Health Sciences Centre Foundation, National Aboriginal Women’s Association, Economic Development Winnipeg, Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, United Way and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Winnipeg.
